The pool
The Lidohouse is half owner occupied and 1/2 is a vacation rental. The vacation
rental has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room and fully equipped
kitchen. The pool is used by both parties, but the back-yard with many tropical plants is
only used by vacationers.
The Lidohouse is located on Lido Key in Sarasota, Florida - in walking-distance to the
beach and the famous St. Armands Circle.
St. Armands Circle is known for its many little shops and restaurants.
The Lidohouse is fully equipped with everything needed for vacational rentals.
During high season this house can only be
rented on a monthly basis.
